PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  1. We move furniture, but ask you to remove small items from the cleaning area.  (For example: dining chairs, small end tables, floor lamps, and other similar items.)
  2. We do NOT move breakables, electronics, hutches, desks or anything that may break or cause us to break something if moved.
  3. Please pre-vacuum all areas.  Including under the furniture you would like moved.
  4. VERY IMPORTANT:  We pre-treat ALL areas and spots prior to the cleaning.  Please do NOT move your furniture to the middle of the rooms.
  5. We love kids and pets; however, because we are working with machinery using extremely hot water, please keep children and pets away from the immediate work area.
  6. Please have an open parking space available closest to the door you want us to enter and if possible, have an outside water faucet available.
