Carpet Cleaning

We take pride in having the most up to date cleaning techniques and equipment. Our carpet cleaning process is the most advanced possible. We use TRUCK MOUNTED COMPLETELY SELF CONTAINED HOT WATER EXTRACTION. Other names for this process are Steam Extraction or Steam Cleaning. Truck mounted carpet cleaning offers the most thorough cleaning possible. In fact, most carpet manufactures recommend hot water extraction exclusively, including Shaw Industries, the world's largest carpet producer.
What to expect when we arrive...
Step 1 We will greet you with a smile, a pair of shoe covers (to use after we are done cleaning) and a free bottle of our own Spot Out Cleaner (to use on accidental spills between cleanings).
Step 2 We will measure all the areas you are requesting to be cleaned. 3R bonus: We charge by the square foot not by the room. This way you only pay for the areas we can actually clean. Rooms vary in size so the logical way to charge is by the square foot.
Step 3 We will address any questions about the service, drying times, etc.
Step 4 We recommend a thorough vacuuming before your carpet cleaning. This helps remove 70-80% of all dry soil. If not done prior to our arrival, our technicians will vacuum for you.
Step 5 We will pre-treat all traffic areas, spots and spills using a heavy duty emulsifier. This process will loosen most stubborn spills caused by food, pets and oil.
Step 6 Using the Truck Mounted Extractor, we will begin to thoroughly rinse the carpet with 200+ degree soft water (we have on-board water softener systems).
Step 7 As we are rinsing and extracting the carpet, we use air movers (portable fans) to help increase the drying time. Most carpets are dry to the touch within a couple hours.
Step 8 We groom the carpet fibers with a special rake designed specifically for carpet. This helps separate the carpet fibers and enhances the drying time.
Step 9 Most furniture is moved during the cleaning process and placed back into position with special plastic tabs or Styrofoam blocks under the legs. Special note: Our insurance provider does NOT allow us to move breakables or oversized furniture, such as electronics, hutches, desks, dressers, beds or anything that may break or cause us to break something if moved.
Step 10 We leave you with a 30-DAY no questions asked clean guarantee. Simply stated, if you spill something on your freshly cleaned carpet or a spot returns, call us immediately to make it right. Your voice is our best advertising! If you"re not happy, give us a chance to make it right.
